At the start of the COVID pandemic in March 2019, IntelliMagic switched to a work-from-home policy and virtual business meetings. Because of the current high vaccination rates in the applicable regions and the loosened COVID-related restrictions, IntelliMagic is now using a hybrid approach. In this approach, work-from-home is combined with working in the office, and business meetings are held virtually, physically or as a combination thereof, depending on needs and preferences of the parties involved. For all non-virtual activities, we are making sure the appropriate safety measures are installed to protect the health of employees, customers, partners and the local communities.
