Dr. Gilbert Houtekamer, now retired, is the co-founder of IntelliMagic alongside Els Das. He is the key mind that IntelliMagic's technology originated from.

VP of Operations for IntelliMagic in the US. Besides leading the US team and operations and being part of the global leadership team, he is responsible for IntelliMagic’s strategic security-related initiatives.

Rudolf Huber is the Managing Director of IntelliMagic in Germany. His team provides IntelliMagic's products and services to the EMEA market.

CFO. He set up the planning and control cycle for IntelliMagic after he joined in 2016. He believes in making finance a real business partner, delivering a strong contribution to achieving the organization’s objectives.

Worldwide IBM Z Performance Evangelist at IBM. He grew the IntelliMagic US operations since 2005 before transitioning to IBM in 2024 to help merge IntelliMagic’s offerings into the IBM Z AIOps portfolio.

Jean-Marc is the Product Manager for IntelliMagic’s software solutions and enjoys interacting with customers all over the world.

Wim is the lead of IntelliMagic’s Research team and active in developing innovative ideas for our offerings.

Todd is a Senior z/OS Consultant. After experiencing as a customer the visibility IntelliMagic Vision provides into z infrastructure, he now enjoys helping customers derive great value from their SMF data to improve performance and availability.

John is Senior Consultant and is involved in product development in the z/OS area. He started his mainframe career in 1984 and maintained, tuned, and upgraded a large number of MVS systems.

Jerry is Senior z/OS Consultant at IntelliMagic and has assisted many z/OS installations across the country. He always loves customer interaction, providing world-class consultancy using his life-long expertise.

John Baker, Senior z/OS Consultant at IntelliMagic, has been working with mainframes for over 25 years, both as a customer and consultant. His primary focus has been on system and application performance.

Jack works for IntelliMagic as Senior Consultant - z/OS. He has enjoyed working for a variety of organizations and has been involved in IT Infrastructure optimization for over 30 years.

Katja is Senior Consultant and part of IntelliMagic’s DACH and global consulting team. She has extensive mainframe tape knowledge and has worked as a z/OS systems programmer at various large sites in Germany.

Merle Sadler is a senior consultant with IntelliMagic focusing on tape performance for Oracle/STK VSM and IBM TS7700 environments.

Sally is a Senior Db2 Consultant at IntelliMagic and has worked with Db2 for z/OS since 1990. Sally enjoys helping customers with their Db2 performance issues, and writing articles and blogs about Db2.

Joe is a Senior Technical Consultant at IntelliMagic after 32 years in high-end disk performance. He has extensive mainframe experience with I/O intensive applications, channels and IBM storage, as well as EMC and HDS disk storage.

Dennis is a Senior z/OS Consultant at IntelliMagic. He has enjoyed working with a wide variety of customers in mainframe performance and related technologies for more than 30 years.
