Els Das, CEO and one of the two founders of IntelliMagic, started her IT career right after getting her Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam. She has been focused on running IntelliMagic as a thriving company, with strong attention to detail and a constant drive for improvement. She believes a balanced focus on innovation, process, and people is essential in creating a successful organization that provides value to their customers. Sustainability, both in terms of finance and in terms of customer and employee relationships, has always been important to her and co-founder Gilbert Houtekamer. Based on these values, they grew a very successful and healthy company, resulting in the acquisition of IntelliMagic by IBM in 2024.
